I’m just excited to finally see Archetype: Rabea in the pipeline. That means the long rumored synth block is probably on its way in the near future.
I play bass and for my use case synth is the one thing the QC is lacking. The QC also has far more processing power on tap than my Source Audio C4, so I’m hoping tracking is just as good in the synth block as in the recently added transpose feature.
And as slow as the rollouts are, I can appreciate the attention to detail, as QA testing software can be a pretty arduous process.
Excited to see what other updates are coming in the near future!
Shame they do not say anything about real MIDI improvements. MIDI implementation on QC is much worse than Helix capabilities which were there 10 years sgo
I think any MIDI changes are a dead issue after over a year and NOTHING from Neural on any improvements and instead we get to choose colors on the screen.
And that ranks higher on the resource/priorities list than getting all the promised plug-ins and sold converted? Will it actually sell more units and generate more revenue than completing the plug-ins?
The marketing and development never cease to amaze.
Well but a good well made center negative 12V 3A with IEC (C14) with short Pin cable is rare… and would be great… and honestly i would hate to have 4 points of failure like on the DC7, horrible design… come on… less cables buy crux… evene more points of failure hahahaha…
But the Polyphonic thing will be better, i mean if we have Transpose for each string in real time… how difficult could this be?
Transpose is monophonic and super glitchy. So gonna assume the polyphonic tuner would be hard if they can’t actually do a polyphonic pitch shifter (aside from the octaver)
