Hi there, I returned mine. I have a couple of captures I cannot live without for gigs. I won’t gig without backup options.
I ‘ve come back to my old rig : macbbook Air M1, Neuradsp standalone app, midi bluetooth controller. And in the end, it’s not worst. Never had any issue in concert : Neural app on Macos is bullet-proof , and the 4 switches of the controller are much more convenient. Moreover, all midi messages are CC (change gain, switch on delay, …) so I have no gap when switching 
My presets and midi mappings are saved in my personal cloud. Issue closed.
