After making captures on my nano cortex they still will not show up on the cloud. The captures are there to see on my Nano Cortex but when I log into Cortex Cloud on my Mac it says you still haven’t shared any captures. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting from forums deleting cache etc…. deleting…… reinstalling. Does anyone know why this does not work? Thank you.
It’s a known error by Neural and it affects us all; according to them, they don’t know when they’ll fix it.
