Am trying to get a handle on this capture system. When I save a new capture of an amp to either the library or to a bank/slot, I can use it but I am unable to edit/publish it; I only see a blank screen (will upload a pic if allowed). I’ve reinstalled the app but not sure if I’m missing something else.
I’m having the same issue. I just got a Nano Cortex. I did 2 captures on an amp head (DI). I can use the capture on the device but the info page never load up and I can’t upload the capture to the Cloud.
I can’t duplicate your issue, everything is working as expected currently. I would email support@neuraldsp.com so they can log your issue and hopefully provide a quick resolution.
Thanks, I did send an email to the support team, and the reply is below, unfortunately this has not ever worked for me , I thought either my unit was defective or I was screwing it up somehow, but hopefully it gets fixed soon!
“Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately we can confirm this as a known issue, that we are looking to resolve ASAP.
It is fortunately not related to the hardware itself, but the Cortex Cloud mobile application.
Apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime, and we appreciate your patience and support!
Multiple threads on this, unfortunately. I have the same issue, emailed official support, and they are “aware” of the issue and working on a fix. Kind of crazy that it hasn’t been fixed yet, considering sharing captures is a major feature of the Nano Cortex. Inexcusable IMO.
Support team confirmed it’s a known issue but couldn’t tell me when they expect it to be fixed. I just purchased last month and it’s driving me crazy that I can’t use all the features I paid for! I’ve been compulsively checking the App Store for updates for the past week!
Same issue here, recent owner (10 days) … and it is unthinkable for me to plan live concerts without backups of my own captures. The fact that no feature allow us to backup our presets was a first disappointment. But the feature to backup captures does not work additionnally, and we have no idea of any correction date (and if it’s gonna be corrected one day …).
Sorry, this device is a good idea globally, capture very well, sound very well, but no backup capacity is a show stopper for me. I’m on my way to return it.
Same issue here, new Nano owner. My unit would be on it’s way back but unfortunately I dented it so I doubt I can return it. Not being able to share/backup my captures (which is the whole point of this thing) and horrible UI means I’ll probably chuck mine up for sale.
