WiFi issue after cor 3 update

Cor os3.0 installed fine following instructions

It all works except quad cortex wifi initialization failed error comes up after many re-boots

Unit will still connect through laptop

Error message says might be caused by hardware error.

I am having the same issue but cannot seem to connect through my Mac. I’m basically bricked and can’t seem to even get a system reboot/reset to occur at the boot screen either.

Contact support@neuraldsp.com and they will probably repair or replace your QC.

I’ve been in contact with Support. They keep asking me to submit a log file through the QC but I’m stuck on a connection screen that says WiFi module failed and to contact them. Endless loop now…

I had the same message today… Keep us posted on how it’s going with support!!!

I just got this error message a couple days ago. It was working fine one day, and then the very next day, the warning popped up.

I tried rebooting several times. Nothing. I’ve tried factory reset. Nothing.

Luckily I can connect to the internet through USB. Hopefully that stays that way, cause at least it lets me update, and other things.

It is also kinda crappy that I would have to send it to Europe to get fixed, because there’s no authorized repair shops in the US. I bought it used, so pretty sure warranty isn’t going to help here either. :frowning: Have loved the unit otherwise, and was super happy when I got to finally play with the plugins on it at my gigs, but I will say I’m a little worried now that something else might happen.

There is a repair facility in CA which would support you. From what I have seen, NDSP has definitely taken care of their customers (both original and second hand) without issue. Email support@neuraldsp.com and they will get your logs and hopefully provide resolution.
