White dotted line in the screen

Hello

Just turned my QC after a week, it was safely put away and out of risk.
A white dotted line showed up while booting and stayed for ever, already tried factor reset without any help.
Is this something usual? Should I be worried?

Looks like a software issue. What did Neural say, assuming you contacted them.

Please email support@neuraldsp.com so they can log the issue and get you resolved quickly.

I would also recommend to backup and perform a factory reset which may help if just a software related issue.

Yes! Called support and they replaced the unit.

TY! I’m having a gig in three days, so after it I’ll try to upgrade my device (still on CorOs 3.0) and if it doesn’t help I’ll reach out Neural DSP support.

To be honest, this thing does not bother me much, ‘cause it still fully functional. But who knows, what if this issue can get worse over time…
