QC Doesn't Boot And Customer Support Doesn't Respond

Hello, my QC is not booting up properly. The LEDs are flashing, but the screen remains blank. I have come across this issue a few times in other posts and have tried contacting support three times, but I have not received any response yet. This is going to be the third time I will be sending this unit back for repair, and the last time I sent it back was about six months ago. If someone here can help me fix this issue, I would be very grateful.
