QC screen not responding

For the past couple of weeks, my QC screen will barely respond. I click on a block and it will think I’m holding it. Also can barely shut it down right since it thinks I hold everything I touch. Sometimes screen will work, most of the time it won’t. Anyone else have this issue? How’d you solve it?

Make sure your screen is clean but I would try to backup, factory reset and restore to see if that resolves your issues. Do you experience the same behavior when using the Cortex Control? Lastly, email support@neuraldsp.com so they can log the issue and hopefully provide resolution/repair if needed.
