Have mine mounted on a Temple Audio Duo 24. QC is mounted with a Board Mods plate set. Mission EP1-SPL, Dunlop 95Q wah, Perterson mini strobe tuner. For Power I am running the Cioks DC7 and Crux. Powercon connecter and patch bays for XLR and 1/4
Apologies if anyone has covered this previously in this thread but has anyone used the original QC power supply (wall wart) with a Temple Audio Solo 18? Interested to know if there’s enough clearance to use the original power supply zip-tied underneath
Would you be willing to share some more information on how you made use of the XLR cables to route them to the side of the board? I can’t find an XLR mod that would serve as a pass through, so I’m very curious to how you did it. Thanks!
I just got the XLR mod from Temple through Sweetwater here: Temple Audio XLR Pass Thru Module Male + Male | Sweetwater
The cables I used were right angle, low profile: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1885571-REG/cable_techniques_ct_bx14_rs_1_5k_stage_studio_premium.html
I get a mix from the board, I sold my qc and go a nano , just did a post on the nano forum
Wooo Nice! Perfect setup! And what pedalboard is that and the power supply? That is exactly what I need

That is sleek, super clean
Objective: The smallest, thinnest, and most minimal QC pedalboard possible while supporting the following requirements:
- Integrated IEC power connector
- Physical on/off power switch
- Support for an expression pedal
- Sufficient clearance to mount a wireless system underneath the board (device not yet installed)
- Extra power options to power the wireless system and any one-off pedals that I would like to try (including USB out) thanks to the Cioks DC7
The design is based on a Pedaltrain Metro 16, customized and professionally finished with a matte black 2K paint. The board is intended primarily for home use.
amazing - how easy was it to cut? I’m looking at doing the same wireless underneath with a temple audio or rockboard.,
Cutting was vert easy. Drilled a hole in the corner and use an electric saw to cut the rest. Very thin aluminum.
@nostatic But can you power the QC on two 500mA outputs from Cioks SOL?
QC needs more juice than that; up to 1.8A. Not OK to only use two 500 mA outputs (paralleled) from a Cioks unit. Either the QC would not work, or you will burn out your power supply, or both.
no - I used 4 of the 5 outputs with three parallel adapters.
Ok, that make sense. Thanks.
Nice. I’ve wondered if one of those modules would fit under a pedaltrain. Did you have to do anything special for it to clear the ground? Is that a classic JR?
Yes, it’s a Pedaltrain Classic Jr TC 18x12.5 inch.
The mod just barely hits the ground. Not too much of a concern at the moment. If anything, I’ll wind up gluing something on the bottom of the feet.
UPDATE: Getting these tomorrow https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-1-in-Black-Rubber-Leg-Caps-for-Table-Chair-and-Furniture-Leg-Floor-Protection-4-Pack-49128/203661031?MERCH=REC--fbt_test--100138443--1--n/a--n/a--n/a--n/a--n/a They should do exactly what I need.
