What kind of pedalboard are you guys using?

Excellent setup. How do you like those headrush speakers. Have you used them in stereo using the QC?

I’m still happy with them

I only have been mono

Haven’t quite settled on our final builds, but our guitarist and bassist put these thru their paces last night:

Nice setup, is the CIOKS DC7/CIOKS Crux solution powering the QC and the Powerstage?

No. The Crux powers the QC, but I split power at the power pass through on the Rockboard Mod straight into the Powerstage. I haven’t had any issues with noise or anything else doing this. It’s just a simple IEC splitter cable from Amazon one side goes to the DC7 and the other goes direct into the Powerstage.

New to the QC, still exploring what it can do! Got mine on a Rockboard Tres 3.0 which gives me room for a dedicated tuner and a few other pedals if needed.

So far so good!

While waiting for Cor OS 3.0, I’ve been pedal boarding and this is the newest iteration I’ve settled upon. A lot simpler than my previous setup. But this setup sounds fantastic and really flexible.

Signal chain input into Wah then JHS switchback to loop in the mono loop for Eventide H90 effects → QC with H90 in the stereo effects loop → Meris LVX → BigSky MX out to the Walrus Canvas. Morningstar MC6pro for switching the switchback and for gig view and mode switching.

Do you use the Ojai R30 to power it ?

The zuma handles the QC and all the pedals well?

Here’s my updated board

Absolute simplicity ! Got any pics of the underside ? I really like this layout !! :100:

why do you have a ditto when the QC has a looper ?

genuine question, not trying to be mean

(i have never had any success with loopers and i know little about them)

That’s my bandmate’s board. He’s gradually reducing it as i teach him the ins-and-outs of the QC. We couldn’t find a good solution for activating the QC Looper while playing so he just went with what he was most familiar with for a few shows. Not sure if he’s still using it or not.

The QC Looper is cool, but it is not really configured conveniently for gigging.
I use the midi hack on my personal QC, so I can get the switches to do stuff they won’t otherwise (like open the Looper or Gig View) but he’s got stuff in his FX and Midi loop so he can’t do that. Working on getting him up to speed- it’ll be a whole different layout soon.

Before he had the QC it took 2 people to carry his board, so he’s slowly coming around.

why would you need so many pedals it needs to my carried by 2 people

you’d have to ask him. Why does anyone need anything?

Just thought I’d share mine. Only just got the QC. Wired it all up for stereo. Haven’t tested it all out yet so hopefully it works…

As a user of the Flashback 4X back in the day, why are you using it with the Quad Cortex? I’m pretty sure the QC will do everything the Flashback will do and more.

I really like the mash function the FB has - All the buttons on the FB are pressure sensitive and can be used like expression pedals and can be assigned to any parameter on the delay. I like using them to make big pad swells and stuff.
