Describe your issue: The unit is completely frozen, blue lights all on, touch screen is unresponsive, volume knob, all switches completely dead. Weirdly I can control the unit using the Cortex Control desktop app.
I can’t record or play audio from the PC, so the unit is not functioning as an interface either.
I have tried the following things:
Factory Reset from Cortex Control - comes up with an error message and can’t complete.
Restarted the unit with no connections in place, no difference made
Changed settings within the cortex control app but no way to get the unit out of this mode.
Are you using the stock power supply? If yes and still having issues I would suggest to email support@neuraldsp.com so they can log your issue and provide resolution. If the unit is new, I might suggest working with your vendor to RMA and replace if possible.
Thanks, yes it’s the stock power supply, I’m on with Neural support in an email thread now, I’ve sent them a video too. Just wondered if this is a known about issue.
I’ve seen reports of the blue lights but not with everything working within Cortex Control. That’s a new one for me. Hopefully support will get you resolved quickly!
