When did you ordered?
Only a month and a half agoā¦ My point is, they tell me they would deliver in a few weeks, move that to a month and a half and now I wil need to wait half a year with very little news from Neural itself. I know we got a pandemic and chip shortages but stillā¦ If only I had half a brain and kept my Kemper.

For me it was a half year wait after I ordered early December, but received my unit today, which actually was a suprise as UPS stated they would deliver it tomorrow. I played a few hours now and personally what it was really well worth the wait and very happy so far.
I hope for you all who are still waiting, short or long, that when it arrives in due time you will have the same joy and pleasure!
Received my QC today - ordered 1 December 2020 - after a 3 day transit from Thomann to here,.
new date for me: 11.8.21, ordered March 27
I am afraid that my planned date of 13.07 will be changed as well. I donāt like the postphoned dates from Thomann.
My contactperson told me they receive batches of 70 units. That is not soo much if there are several hunderds of pre orders.
I hope for you that it will not change anymore and for myself as well

I received mine a few days ago. I ordered in November 2020.
They have just shipped the first batch to customers! Got mine last Friday!

It seems that other dealers are shipping the orders received in mid-January ā¦ Thomann is stopped to December. Something tells me other distribution are favored.
Other dealers also have open communication to their customers. If you asked them seomthing they donāt answer your question. A simple question as where am I in the queue they donāt answer. I donāt like the way they do that.
Andertons is much better in communication or Sweetwater.
My experience from the first batch is that there was quite a long delay from the units leaving the NDSP loading docks until they reached Thomann (more than a week). Once in they were as quick as always (dispatch same day, delivery 1-2 days later).
Any news from Thomann? Sweetwater is now shipping order of 19 januaryā¦ probably they are obtained more unitsā¦ Is Thomann still stuck on the first 70?
I dont know why Sweetwater received so many units and Thomann not. They donāt inform us so.
Btw anyone received a unit from Promusictools already?

Good point. I ordered mine on Feb 3rd and I went for the bundle too. I just wrote to the customer service to let them know that they can ship the Quad Cortex alone if it is available. When did you order it?
And what is the scheduled delivery date for you at this moment?
from another furum, someone wrote to have received the shipping notification from thomann for his order dated 06.01

My scheduled delivery date on the site says āseveral monthsā. The last update I got through email when I asked them was that they would get a delivery by 15 of June
