Stomp mode more than 8 buttons/options

Hi,

Suppose I have 10 effects that I need to be able to toggle on and off if I am going to use the QC more like a traditional pedal board. Presently there are only eight assignable options and I am wondering if there is something in the works that may allow you to utilize one of the buttons to go to the next page where your other effects could be toggled on and off?? Alternatively, is there any workaround for this?

I know I can assign multiple effects to the same switch but I don’t want to do that, I want all 10 to be able to be turned on and off independent of one another.

There are similar requests for “pages” within presets that would allow more flexibility than the 8 footswitches. These lean toward modifying scenes but the idea is basically the same:

New mode : Page Mode : Control everything

In brief, you’re in one preset, and button up and down switch to different page in your preset, which are different layout to control all the blocks. Add a 'Page 2' to Hybrid Mode

Hello, I was thinking something similar, fractal FM9 has something like that, it could also work in stomp or scene mode to have 8 footswitches instead of 4. It could be done by holding up or down footswitches.

Scene secondary state

I would love to see a secondary scene state for each scene within a preset. If you were on a scene, press that same scene foot switch and change whatever parameters you want for a “secondary state”. Press again to return to original scene state. You could potentially change the color of the LED to another color signaling the “secondary state”.

Do you happen to know in the interim if it would be possible to use a midi device to toggle on and off in excess stomps in excess of the first 8. (for # 9 & 10)?

Not at present. Midi is currently limited to the buttons, not the blocks.

For my use I’d like to see block specific/allocatable midi with 0-63 being off and 64-127 as on.

you cannot atm. I wish this was possible because I could use the QC for more effects, but somehow it’s limited to just the 8.
