This might be a hardware limitation instead of software, but could it be possible to use TRS cables in send/receive to use a stereo pedal (such as big sky MX) in loop? I know you can just both send/receive 1 and 2, but I’d like to keep drive pedal in other loop.

There are other threads and feature requests for this, but this is a hardware limitation.
Here is the post from another thread with the answer from NSDP support:
response from neural dsp support team:
Thanks for getting in touch.
Stereo FX loops are only possible in Quad Cortex by using both FX loop ports (Send - Return 1 / Send - Return 2).
Returns are unbalanced high impedance inputs. Using TRS jacks here enables users to connect balanced equipment without shorting the “cold” side of the connected signal to ground. This can help maintain the signal quality and protect the connected equipment from damage if the outputs are not protected against shor…
This topic comes up from time to time. It can’t be done. Only one set of DAC/ADC converters per FX loop.
