Something unexpected happened error message?

I keep getting this error when trying to save capture on Nano. Cloud Cortex “something unexpected happened”. Then another error message when I try save into my user library slot says “saving capture into user library failed”.

I’ve tried several times several different ways and getting frustrated I can’t save a single capture. Any help I would appreciate thanks.

Same error message when installing Neural captures and IRs on the app.When the error message appears, the captures get a green check mark, but do not appear for selection in “My Neural Capture” portion of the Capture Library; the IRs do not get the same check mark and do not appear in the User IR section.
