Shared Presets Not Downloading to QC

Describe your issue:
I have shared presets from AmalgamCaptures. Within CortexCloud, I clicked download to move them to the QC. I see the green check box appear next to the preset. However, the preset never shows up on the QC device under the Downloads Folder. Please note: On the same day I bought several packs and at first they all downloaded just fine, but something changed and now none of the last 3 packs I bought actually download.

I expected this to happen:
I expect the presets to appear on the QC device once they’ve been downloaded.

I have tried the following things:

have you made sure the QC is connected and online, and refreshed the DL folder? Also, make sure no filters are engaged for viewing specific content in the DL folder

The QC is connected, I even did a backup just to make sure if I change anything I have a backup. The backup was successful from the QC from it’s wifi connection. I refreshed the DL folder over and over. I see no filter settings engaged. When I try to delete the presets in question by clicking the trashcan icon, I get an “Opps something went wrong” error.

It seems like there is some synchronization issue between my cortex cloud account and my QC hardware.

A followup: I can’t download anything from Cortex Cloud at all. No Cloud Presets, no cloud captures, no shared presets or captures either. On the iOS app it just spins forever if I click on a cloud preset or capture. On the web based version of Cortex Cloud it gives me an “oops, something went wrong, contact support” error. Which I have done. Has anyone experienceed this type of thing before?

NDSP had issues with their cloud accessibility a few days ago but its been resolved and I haven’t had any issues etc. I think support might need to do something with your account so its good you have reached out to support.

I had the synch’ing issue too, and my PW got ‘pwned’ which seemed to have caused NDSP to invalidate it remotely somehow, so I’ve had some confusion sorting it all out lately.

You might want to check the ‘has my password been pwned’ website, just in case. NDSP sent me that link to confirm it was a problem. After changing my PW to a ‘non-pwned’ one it worked ok for me (had to sign back in w/ new PW on QC)

Also, others are still reporting Cloud Issues as of today on the Discord Server, so it’s good to let Support know something’s still glitching somewhere

I’m one of them. Definitely not working for me. Similarly purchased a number of captures.

Neural support told me it’s a known issue and they are working it. No ETA on a completion date.

It looks like Neural DSP has fixed the issue. It must have happened in the last few days. I tried a couple of days ago and the problem was still there then.

I am having the same issue. I’ve logged in and out of my QC and my Cortex Control app, but my downloads list will not show any preset I am trying to save/download.
