The bottom line is that I have presets I have green ticked on the Cloud but not all of them appear on my QC but I also have those not ticked in the cloud on my QC. What is going on? How do I get everything I have tickednon my QC?
I also seem to get duplicates of some presets???
You probably have a filter applied, try removing any filters and look under presets then downloads and you will find them there, also the same for downloaded captures (go to captures, downloads etc.)
I dont have any filter on anywhere.
can you post a pic of your Presets Download folder on the QC, and the Presets DL section of your Cloud app?
