This doesn’t happen on my helix or Kemper units, and I can’t figure out if there is a setting or something I need to adjust to resolve this. When switching between two amps, there is a noticeable drop-out in the sound output. I can resolve the issue by putting together two complete signal chains and using the scenes to automate the splitter pan, but this seems to defeat the purpose Scenes if I have to use 4 signal paths and clever audio routing to do what the rest of the competition does out of the box. Am I missing something? You can download the preset Scene Issue on Cortex Cloud or see my video of the issue here. Any help or explanation would be appreciated. I don’t want to go back to the Kemper, but this is a complete show-stopper for me.
