Same old iLok problems

I really wish they’d abandon having to use iLok, because I’ve had some inexplicable problem with it every time I try to use a new licence.

Purchased the Morgan suite, got the email that the licence was delivered (to the correct account), it’s not there. I did all the things. Unlinked and relinked iLok on the Neural site, uninstalled and reinstalled iLok, Morgan, restarted the computer… only have old trials in my iLok.

Have you tried to load the Ilok license through the Ilok software? Usually you need to drag/drop the license to the Ilok or your computer from there. Should appear in your available licenses window
