I need help and this ass backwards ecosystem of a web server is causing my blood pressure to spike. I bought plini. Got a confirmation number for the order. Recieved NO license code, and upon connecting the ILOK account it didnt automatically deliver my product to it like it claimed. Now im sitting here with a lighter wallet and a fuckin angry ball of fire in the pit of my stomach because of how many hours ive wasted on a problem that shouldnt even exist.
i had the same problem, i went into ilok preferences and changed to automatic mode and clicked refresh licenses. if that doesnt work then contact support because ilok is a nightmare for me aswell
also on the my account page on neurals website have you put in your ilok address?
