iLok, maybe I made a mistake?

Hi! I recently purchased Parallax and FORTIN NTS. I linked my iLok account, installed the latest version of the iLok software and there are 0 licenses. I also cannot start a trial of the plugins due to ‘too many attempts’. I’m not sure what to do. As my iLok account seems to think I have no licenses even though I linked the accounts.

The hidden one is a trial of NTS that wouldn’t work as I ‘tried too many times’.

I see this when I press activate then skip the activation code.

My iLok account is linked to my NeuralDSP account.

However if I press ‘Try’ I get this.

EDIT: Solved! Had to unlink then relink iLok account.
