License not appearing in iLok

Just purchased the Tim Henson plugin and the license won’t appear in my iLok account. I double-checked to make sure I entered my email correctly and I did, and I also unlinked and re-linked my account from Neural DSP like I saw most doing but nothing helped. anyone have any suggestions?

There are multiple reasons for iLok not working as intended. The good news is that the issue is with your license and iLok and not the plug-in. I recommend to email support@nueuraldsp.com and they will get you sorted quickly, especially with this issue.
