With the reverb and delay it seems like the mix levels aren’t exactly like most pedals. 50% doesn’t actually mean 50% and I feel like I always have to make the mix much higher to get an equivalent percentage to any other pedals.
I know some people have posted about this on the forum, but wasn’t sure there was an exact answer that was found for what actually is a 50%, etc mix.
From experience, I feel like it’s around 75-80% somewhere.
I don’t think it really matters much, as you just do it by ear anyway?
Also, people want a lot more fine tuning of the balance below 50/50, so makes sense to have more range there.
Some indication would be nice though I guess.
From my point of view it’s counter intuitive… equal mix should be 50%. Dialing at home, by ear, not always translate well at gig volumes. Why NDSP opted by this, it’s a mistery to me.
