Quick solution to the problem of QC malfunction

Hello everybody! I want to say that my story with the Neural malfunction ended wonderfully! Today I took the faulty device to the official Moscow dealer (Pedalzoo), and the guys just exchanged one device for another for me without any delay. After a little thought, I decided to buy another Neural, because as the Russian proverb says: “one head is good, and two is better!” 🙂

I would like to separately note the operational work of Neural’s technical support. Thank you, guys!
