Has anyone else had issues with their Quad freezing up while loading downloaded captures? That is what I have encountered after the recent update on 7/31/2024. I have been keeping an eye on the author to see if I can pinpoint the problem or cause, but no. There is no commonalities with who created the Neural Capture.
There have been corrupt captures in the past and that may be an example or results of that issue. I would email support@neuraldsp.com, they will be able to look at your account, logs etc., and determine which capture(s) is the source of the issue.
Yes, I contacted support and they are actively looking at my logs. They even went as far as request that I send my Back-Up so they can go through it. Neural is on point, I got to give them that. So what you said about a corrupt capture, will that damage my Quad unit?
I have never heard of a corrupt capture resulting in any QC repairs. It’s usually identify the corrupt capture and remove it etc.
Thank you for setting my mind at ease. I’m a worry wart and absolutely LOVE my Quad.

I am happy to report Neural DSP Support are my hero’s and we are damn lucky to have an excellent team available to us. They got into one of my Back Up’s and removed some things and instructed me to Download my Back Up. That solved the problem. Thank all of you for your feedback.
