will we get the ability to disable cab blocks or ir blocks for certain outputs or will it still be only grid by grid ?

i still havenā€™t updated to 2.3.1, should i do it before 3.0 or there will be no harm updating from an earlier versions?

It should be fine, but it would be less risky to upgrade first.

Upgrading from older versions than the latest is an extra piece of testing that can be missed, or be less well tested.

Not saying that is the case here, but itā€™s less risky to update first, and doesnā€™t cost you anything.

upgrading now might save some time too, sounds like 3.0 is going to take a LONG time to load

Any word on a screensaver or ability to turn the screen off?

I use the QC as my interface and, when playing guitar, I control it via Cortex Control, so I do not need the screen on all the time - a screensaver or the ability to turn the screen completely off would be a great feature

I feel like the ability to turn the screen off is an absolute can of worms for it randomly engaging during a live show

The screen of the QC is an LCD. This type of display is not prone to burn-in effects or degradation over time like OLEDs or plasma displays are or CRTs were. Long story short: There is no need for a screensaver at all.

Iā€™m so torn on which plugin to get. I play at church mostly so obviously Plini would be the better more versatile optionā€¦.but I demoā€™d Gojira as well and it was just plain fun.

I really just want the ability to turn the screen off as I do not need it ā€“ I suppose I can cover it with something

Iā€™m CST, EEST is 8 hours ahead of me so release in USA at 1400 EEST would be 6am for me. Yes?
