Help me pls! My QC is blocked

Describe your issue:
Hello,

Lately my quad cortex is giving me a failure. I bought it 2 months ago and have only used it at home. The problem is that when I’m working with it, from time to time it gets blocked and does not let me do anything so I have to turn it off by unplugging the adapter. Once it is done, it takes a lot of time to restart when I reconnect the adapter, the blue lights are flashing but it does not start. It manages to start after several attempts.

Does anyone know why this might be happening to me? or is my quad cortex broken?

Steps to reproduce your issue:

  1. work normally by creating new empty presets

I expected this to happen:
Not to be blocked

I have tried the following things:

  • change the adapter to another plug

Are you using the OEM power supply or alternative? Also, what do you mean by ‘blocked’? I would ensure your QC is updated to the latest version and ensure nothing is plugged into the QC when you reboot. Worst case, email support@neuraldsp.com and they will get you sorted.

Hello,

I just updated my QC to the latest version (2.0.1) and now it seems to be working normally.

If i had the same problem again I will let you know
