I’m several thousand miles away from my supplier. I am one with you - I can’t imagine sending my stuff back to my supplier, let alone to Finland!
Doing that will definitely void the warranty. I work in the Service department for a music retailer and we were told explicitly that if the customer does that, they void the warranty.
