I’m using my QC as audio interface plugging my laptop into the USB port and then my headphones jack in the unit as well
Issue is that if I turn up the volume with the knob on the QC, I have only the guitar going up, while everything I play from my laptop stays low
Is there a way to balance the volumes?
PS on the PC the volume is all the way up already
In the I/O settings you can only lower the USB level. Check that it’s at 0dB.
The volume has to be adjusted on the PC. There is no gain for the USB inputs as it’s a digital signal.
If the master volume is already at 100%, check if the volume can be raised in your DAW or whatever you play audio with.
nope, already at zero and everything to the top on the laptop and DAW
so only solution is to lower the preset level?
