New owner of used QC. The power button on top of the unit only works occasionally. Haven’t checked, bit I imagine it is out of warranty. Any troubleshooting suggestions?
I would test to see if you have any issues with shutting down via cortex control. That would at least limit the troubleshooting to hardware or software.
You could always try a factory reset or otherwise email support@neuraldsp.com for repairs if necessary.
