No signal Input/output and power button unresponsive

Yesterday during rehearsals we ran into an issue where the QC won’t recognize any incoming signal. The QC will stop showing incoming single on the I/O, will not produce any sound, AND the power button won’t respond. Screen will still work to change presets, etc.

The external tuner receives the guitar signal just fine, and plugging the guitars directly into the QC isn’t helping either. I have to pull the power cable from the QC to turn it off and on again since the correct way of doing this is unresponsive.

Our set up is as follows:

  • Guitar 1: Input 1
  • Guitar 2: Input 2
  • Out 1: Guitar 1 out with cab sim to our Rack (for IEM and FOH)
  • Out 2: Guitar 2 out with cab sim to our Rack (foir IEM and FOH)
  • Out 3: Guitar 1 out without cab sim to poweramp
  • Out 4: Guitar 2 out without cab sim to poweramp
  • Midi is connected to Cymatic for effect automation

Hopefully you can help me out with this issue because we also use it playing live a lot.

I would definitely email support@neuraldsp.com so they can log your issue, collect diagnostics and hopefully provide resolution. Also, I assume you are using the OEM power supply? That kind of weirdness has been due to using an incorrect power supply and or setting up their alternate PS incorrectly etc. Lastly, you could always perform a backup, factory reset and restore to see if the issue persist.
