Hi everyone,
I purchased a qc 3 months ago for touring here in Italy. It’s been doing great since then but After 30 shows i encountered the First issue.
The Power button (touch) Is stucked. It Will start the board as soon the Power Is in and After It starts the shutdown/reboot/standby pop up continues ti show on the screen. The only workaround Is to turn off the Power button sensitivity.
Anyone having the same issue? I’d prefer not to send It on assistance maybe someone can help.

Hi @Eva and welcome to the community! Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the power button. As that is not something I have heard occurring as of yet since release, I would definitely email support@neuraldsp.com and they will get you sorted quickly.
Also, after rereading your post, if you are getting the standby, shutdown message etc., you should also see the cancel as a selection. If you select cancel, does the QC go back to normal? Also, have you tried resetting your QC (assuming it is backed up)?
