I read ‘on the internet’ that many players are using the plugins with a real power amp (interface out into the desired power amp), nut no one is talking about a reamp box. My question is why?
Because, when I record a dry DI guitar and want to reamp it, I use a Radial Reamp to get a true instrument level signal. I think with the plugin, it’s the same? I always thought a Reamp box is a must … btw: I want to use my SD PS170 power amp.
Any ideas? Should I ditch the reamp box? Do I need one? Do I get better results?
I’ only worried in ‘breaking’ something (speaker, power amp…)
