I order two plugins, got the order confirmation but no activation links included. Support@neuraldsp is not responding to my emails. Anyone has any advice how to convince neuralDSP support to actually support? Thx.
Depending on when you emailed support, it can take a day or two for them to respond excluding weekends etc. Otherwise, support is pretty good historically about getting back/proving resolution quickly. Ensure your replies are accidentally going to your SPAM folder etc. Have you tried registering with Ilok (assuming you have the codes)?
Well, first mail was sent on Nov 30 followed by three additional emails on Dec 2, 5 and 8. So far nothing. Spamfolder does not contain any reply. Any ideas how to catch them?

Well, support replied to my last query. Problem solved. Problem was as usual related to the person who sits in front of the computer. Once I signed in to my neural dsp account and linked my iLok and Neural DSP accounts by entering my iLok username on my neural dsp profile page, the licenses finally appeared in the iLok manager. Thx
