Hi I just purchased the Archetype Tim Henson X plugin and I’m unable to activate it. I have my Neural Dsp and iLok accounts linked, I can see the order in my Neural Dsp orders tab, but it doesnt show up in my iLok license manager app and when I try to activate by signing in it to the standalone app it doesn’t work either. Thank you!
Go to your email and check for the email from Neural. There will be an activation link there. It’s simple.
