Hi ive tried emailing neural twice now with still no acknowledgement or response. I tried searching these forums for an answer as to why my plugin i purchased wont show in my ilok even after unlinking and linking. I tried signing out/ deactivating and nothings working. My trial is the only thing showing up and that ends tomorrow and don’t know how to reach neural customer services if they arent even responding to me in the first place.
Is there anyone who can assist with this as this is a last ditch attempt to get the product working.

Hi, I sent a message into the admin team I tried dm’ing you my details but it said I was unable to. I had no responses on either end so I think I need you to forward my details when you can. Also I am new to this forum because of the issue so if you’re able to explain how I can get the details sent over to you that’d be great incase I am missing something here
