Updated my QC followed all the instructions and still can’t get Plini x to unlock. And yes I own the plug in and yes I’ve hit the refresh button more times then I can count. Everything is as it should be and yet it still won’t unlock.
Reboot your QC. Worked for me.

I’m having the same issue - had to contact support for them to “activate” the trials for me. Anything I purchase seems to work without jiggling the handle…

I have the same problem. I did all, Update software, Created Ilok account, downloaded PLINI free plugin, conected account with Ilok, Activated licence in ILok… When i go to Cortex Control or to device itself REFRESH button on Plugins just wont work.
Did you solve the issue in the end’ I have written to Support too, i wait for the answer.
did you DL the Plini “X” version ?

In theory you do not need to download any desktop version to have it show up on the QC.
true, but since he mentioned ‘downloaded Plini’ the only other issue I can think of is that maybe he grabbed the NON-X compatible version. Maybe the license covers both though? Otherwise, this is kind of a mystery issue here.

I had the same issue, even after rebooting, but once I refreshed the plugin page, Plini X was unlocked and working fine. Hopefully NDSP can help you resolve it.
