Output 3 volume level drop

Describe your issue:

The output volume level at Output 3 has suddenly become much quieter than any of the other outputs. For example, it is perhaps only 10% the volume of Output 4.

Steps to reproduce your issue:

I expected this to happen:
When I connect Outputs 1, 2 or 4 the volume levels are much louder/ higher.

I have tried the following things:

  1. have tried setting all levels to unity on the I/O screen.
  2. I have checked I am running the latest CorOS version (1.4.1)
  3. I have unplugged all connections including the power and waited 20 minutes before restarting.
  4. I have rebooted the device.
  5. I have carried out a factory reset.

I also have this problem. It just started for me. However, it affects both outputs 3 and 4 for me. Did you ever get a response elsewhere and figure out how to fix the issue?

Hi. I contacted Neural and they asked me to send them a video of the problem. Then they helped me arrange to return it for a free repair. It’s worked fine since.

Hello, I am just experiencing this exact same issue just now after playing a gig last night.
Everything has been working OK for years, but now all of a sudden the output 3 level is drastically diminished compared to the other outputs that work fine.
Once back home and making usual connections to PA mixer and speaker found out output 3 not delivering enough signal.
Carried out all usual checks with final factory reset not resolving issue.
Made a video but cannot attach it here.
Guitar on input 1 going to outputs 3 and 4, but only output 4 is now working properly.
What else can I do?

highly likely it’s hardware related and needs physical repair/replacement.
