CorOS Version: 3.1
Describe your issue:
1: When booting, level on input 1 resets to 0dB. I have to alter the input impedance selector to get it back up to what I put it to.
2: I have my QC on a board all wired up, I did this to avoid having to plug in and out of the QC so much. I have the inputs 1/2, outputs 1,2&3, exp 1&2 and loop 2 wired up. Upon booting (sometimes) the QC does not register that anything is connected. All the symbols on the input screen are grey. When this happens I have to input a jack into an available jack socket (HP, send1 or return1) and when I do all the active connections light up white. Also when this boot-up behavior occurs, the volume will suddenly disappear and I have to either move the exp pedal (set to control volume on the output block) or insert a jack into the aforementioned available jack sockets.
Steps to reproduce your issue:
- Connect jacks and XLRs when QC is off
- Boot up QC
- Check input screen
- If greyed out (only happens about 50% of the time), insert jack in available jack socket not already connected
- When volume drops, move exp pedal
I have tried the following things:
- I had an issue on 3.0 where volume would reset
- I have updated to newest firmware
- I have booting and checking several times, this occurs about 50% of the time
- Checking all cables
- Made sure power supply is big enough (DC7 and Crux)
- I have tried connecting to Mac (works fine in Sonoma for me) but does not change the issue.
