Odd volume issue

I have been setting up my QC to play out to an Orange pedal baby 100 to a 412 cab. I have had to make several tests today. The first test I was getting the volume cutting in and out low to normal for a 100 watt amp into a 412. After a reboot I got all of my volume. Verified all my input and output levels. After another reboot minimal volume again. After another reboot volume down again. Just got home and booted up again and got all the volume again. Not sure where to look after the input and output levels. Not sure if I need to reset the unit or reach out to support.

Edit, additional details - I have tested with the Pedal baby 100 and a Boss Waza TAE as my power amps. I have also tested with two different 8 ohm cabs. a 412 w/ V30s and a 212 w/ cream backs. Also tested several presets.

They seemed ok. Swapped out the output cable anyway. So far so good but there was also a settings reset done yesterday and have not had the issue come back since then either.

So it took some time to troubleshoot since I don’t have a tester but yes, it was actually two bad cables. Thanks for jumping in, I had not even thought about it being the cables until you had posted.

Sounds good. I’m having a cable issue of my own currently and I need to troubleshoot my board. It happens. Cheers.
