I now only have usb output on the whole device. I can see metering on all outputs but no sound is being output. I’ve factory reset 10 times and I’ve had everything unplugged when I reset it. All settings are correct. I have checked volume knob settings, all of it. I’m at a loss. All I can figure is that is hardware related at this point.
Has anyone experienced this? If so, what was the outcome? Will Neural replace a unit?
Please check the following:
- Turn off the unit
- Disconnect all the cables
- Wait 30 seconds, connect only the PSU cable, and turn it on again
- On the loading/splash screen, press and hold the “A” and “H” stomps
- Select “Reset Settings”
- Check if the problem persists
had the same problem and this worked for me
I’ve done this going on 15 times and it’s still not changing. I emailed support earlier. Hopefully I hear back from them early tomorrow.
Same trouble as me, and many threads on this forum.
For me, boot with no sound or loud noise.
(Didn’t know OK on USB output)
I strongly assume it is a software bug.
They are usually fast at replying so hopefully you’ll be fixed in no time. My first message was what neural emailed me when I had problems
Honestly, I’m blown away at the speed of their responses. lol. Developers are viewing my logs as we speak! I will update the feed with their response!
I really hope it’s a software bug. It truly behaves like one. I even got a random little bit of signal through the 1/4 inch yesterday for about 3 seconds and then it cut back out. Very glitch style lol.
