During my use of the QC, I’ve been experiencing random instances of no sound output. Restarting the device resolves the issue temporarily. Has anyone else encountered the same problem? How did you fix it?
**This issue only started happening recently — it never occurred before. Prior to the issue, I did two things:
Updated to the latest firmware.
Performed a factory reset.**
I’m wondering if either of these actions might be related to the problem.
Probably going to need more details in how you have your QC hooked up as far as outputs. Some output related issues may be hardware related worst case.
Also please ensure you are using the stock (OEM) power supply etc., if needed, please email support directly at support@neuraldsp.com so they can log your issue and help provide resolution.
Exact same behaviour. Here are multiple folks who had this problem. I provided logs to Neural, let’s see what happens.
I mean sure, the restart solves it, but when having a gig, i’ll typically do the soundcheck, shut off the QC for the next 2-3 hours (general waiting time + support) and then power it on. would be a mess when there’s no output then.
