No Input on Quad Cortex, Says -18.1 Db...

This morning, all the inputs on the QC stopped being recognized. All inputs say -18.1 Db, no matter what I plug into them, I see nothing being recognized on the input meter. I am also getting no sound when playing audio on my computer.

I rebooted the cortex, with no avail. I also updated to the most recent software, still nothing. Finally, I reset to factory settings and still nothing. I contacted NDSP support today, but am wondering if anyone knows how to fix this? I am a music student with deadlines and performances coming up, and currently donā€™t have any other devices to work with.

Usually this is a result of using the incorrect power supply. Support will likely have you send diagnostic logs to determine the issue so itā€™s good that you emailed support. The other things to try are removing all cables excluding power and shut down for a bit then retry your previous steps if necessary.
