Hello, I’m having issue where my guitar it’s not passing signal through I/O .. only for tuner 
I’d like to reach out Neural support but can’t find email or contact info.

PS. I started to have this problem a few month ago… at the beginning it was easy to fix by rebooting device but now I just can’t get it work… this is my working tool and I really need to get this fixed
Reach out to the store where you brought the unit and make use of the warranty.

It’s happened to me sooo many times. It would just keep giving -12 dB on the input, but nothing would come out of the LR outputs. Even the tuner worked. After restarting it like 5 or more times, it was fixed. A real pain, to be honest. The whole time with my fingers crossed. After a lot of back and forth with the technical support team, who ignored me, someone on the official forum found the solution.
Spray WD40 (if you have the contact cleaner version, even better) on all the inputs and outputs. Insert their corresponding cables: jack, canon, power, etc. several times. (Insert, remove, insert, remove)
In all of them, don’t leave any out.
Let it sit and wipe off the excess cleaner.
Wait a few minutes 
and it’s fixed.
I don’t remember the user who said it, but I’m eternally grateful. Saves my job.
I bought it via Reverb on January 2024… this unit must be fairly new I got it brand new in package but not sure if the store in reverb its an official Neural reseller or not.. I already reached out to support

I find this both fascinating as a fix and kinda strange that this is required for a device like that to work again…
However, i’ll see what neural does to my device (if something gets replaced etc).
It seems like a strange solution, I tried it and it worked perfectly. I’ve been playing shows for two months now and have had zero errors.
