Hi there - been emailing support@neuraldsp.com and network@neuraldsp.com since June 4th to try and get the plugin past the ‘your evaluation period has expired’ thing.
I bought this plugin in 2020, so it could be related to an old order number…
Can anyone at Neural help me out? This plugin has been bricked for me for over two months now and I can’t get a reply anywhere.
Ensure the support replies aren’t going into SPAM as its not common for support to not reply.

I had the same issue, bought the plug in, went back to use and wouldnt let me use..seems was an issue with ILOK registration and Neural DSP not linking plus being on Reaper for some reason..took a few messages till got result..keep messaging them was my only way to get a result..Good luck
Sorry, I should have followed up here. This was an iLok issue, and entirely my doing.
As I was putting the information together, I was reminded that I had a second iLok account and it was registered to that one rather than the one I used for most stuff. So I fixed it before actually needing them to intervene.
TL:DR; I’m a stupidhead. lol
