My QC goes into a visual ‘Input indicator’ sometimes when I press a switch. The touch screen becomes unresponsive. I have to reboot almost everytime. Has anyone ever had this happen to them?

It may need service so please email support@neuraldsp.com and they will get you sorted.
In the meantime, if you leave the volume at 100% (as recommended by NDSP) does the issue still occur?
