HELP NEEDED!
My board turns on but the foot switches won’t work or respond, not even the volumen knob.
Touch screen works fino.
Could it be an issue with the update or a problem with the board itself.
You’ll need to contact support, my friend.
Sounds like it could be just a software problem. I would at a minimum backup, perform a factory preset and restore to see if it resolves the issue. Worst case as stated above, email support@neuraldsp.com so they can log your issue and provide resolution.
