I want to give a shout out to NDSP Support. After I upgraded to 1.4.0 I experienced some weird artifacts in my presets. This was a huge issue for me because I had to play the following evening. After an email to support, the next morning I had a response with a fix! That’s what I call service?
All too often we have a tendency to complain when we feel a piece of gear isn’t performing as it should or the manufacturer isn’t delivering. But we need to also give credit when credit is due. Support came thru for me and I was able to use the QC last night. Thank you NDSP for your excellent tech support!
