Hello, I have tried removing and installing again. I have read other threads with this problem and there is no solution for my problem. Installation takes just a few seconds, because it obviously does not install the program. I remove it and try to do the complete installation, running it as administrator and I keep getting the same error.

We would need much more details to decipher what is occurring as this is not a normal and or issues that has been reported as far as I am aware.
