First time user here. When I double click the “Archetype Petrucci” icon, I immediately get the following message: “The code execution cannot proceed because libxml2.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem.”
I have tried re-installing the program several times, always get that message. Please help!

Make sure you have downloaded, installed (and rebooted) the Ilok manager and registered the plug-in with Ilok else you will get errors and no be able to use the plug-in. If that doesn’t resolve it, you may have an issues with your computer. If you cannot find a solution for your problem, please contact support@neuraldsp.com to help you further.
